Located in Penacook, NH, the Meter Street project took place during the later half of 2003.
The house is 960 square feet, two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen, living room, study, and full bath down.
Major work included:
All new bathroom fixtures, including tub/shower;
All new vinyl replacement windows;
All new electrical switches, outlets, & overhead lights;
New vinyl flooring in kitchen & bath, Berber carpet all other rooms;
New gas-fired furnace & hot water heater;
Opening of stairwell between kitchen & living room;
New kitchen countertops;
Textured paint walls & ceiling in front bedroom;
Beaded board paneling in rear bedroom;
Lots & lots of drywall repair;
Painting of every room, every ceiling;
New roof on side porch & basement bulkhead;
Opening up front porch;
Restoration of cedar shingle siding under asphalt shingles on both porches;
Painting both porches and all trim;
New window shutters.
